Let me just get straight to it, Terri was absolutely amazing. As a first time homebuyer, who did a little research beforehand, I was still learning about the whole process. Terri was recommended to me and immediately went to work as soon as our first conversation was over. I let her know my price range, the types of homes i was interested in, as well as specific locations in which i was interested in. Terri sent me over 100 homes in which i could potentially be interested in viewing, and had me give her a list of what I liked and disliked so she could narrow down the search a little more. After the second day of searching for homes, I found the one. From here, it was like I had to literally do nothing but sign agreements as they came. From the time Mike Hall agreed to sell my house, I felt he had my best interest in mind at all times. He consulted with me prior to taking action on tests or inspections that were required and informed me of the reason the tests or inspections were needed, then arranged for the work to be done and inspected the results. When I accepted an offer for the sale of the house, the buyers had some requests prior to closing that Mike explained to me, then negotiated with the buyers when I refused some of the requests. Between the time I moved out of the house and the closing date, Mike insured that the outside of the house was maintained in such a manner that the house did not seem deserted. Before the closing date, Mike walked me through all the forms and procedures that would take place, insuring that I understood them all ahead of time. This was my second time as a client of Mike's; the first time was as a buyer of a house. Both times he has shown that my best interests were his highest priority.
